Refund & Exchange Policy - Sakina Hijab
At Sakina Hijab, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. In line with this, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure both customer satisfaction and the hygiene standards of our products.
1. Returns:
Due to hygiene and cleanliness reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. We take great care in inspecting all products before they are shipped to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
2. Exchanges:
We understand that selecting the correct size is important, and occasionally an exchange may be necessary. We allow exchanges for size-related issues under the following conditions:
- The exchange must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as order details or receipts.
- The requested size for exchange must be available in stock.
Important: For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on hijabs (including khimars, jilbabs, and under-caps).
3. Exchange Approval:
We do not accept exchanges for a change of mind, unless it is for a size exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our return conditions, has been damaged due to misuse, or does not fulfill the requirements outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the exchange approval status.
4. Shipping Costs:
For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, as well as the shipping costs to send the exchanged item back to you.
5. Refunds:
Due to hygiene and cleanliness reasons, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We take great care to inspect all of our products before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, worn, or used.
