Fulfillment:
All orders are processed and packed within 3-4 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for all orders placed on launch nights or during promotional weeks.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. We are not responsible for any lost packages or issues resulting from an incorrect address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement for packages shipped to the wrong address.

Please note that Hidden is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs or postal service. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages in transit. If your package has been lost or delayed, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
